As a member of a small team you coordinate all activities for the conduct of multinational clinical trials for our pharmaceutical products. In particular, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Prepare tenders for clinical trials Obtain offers from clinical research organisations (CROs), evaluate and pre-select them Review and, if necessary, revise documents prepared by the conducting organisations Organise and provide trial samples Monitor the work of the CROs as well as the respective trial centres on site Support the evaluation of periodic study reports and final reports as well as meaningful processing of the results Archive all electronic and physical documentation Prepare the budget planning for the studies and control payments and expenses continuously
